IT Infrastructure Director

HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Director to drive technology innovations and improve the efficiency of our IT infrastructure. As a leader in the industry, we require someone with a strong background in network administration, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing IT strategies: Create and execute plans to improve the overall performance and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
2. Leading a high-performing team: Manage and motivate a team of IT professionals to achieve exceptional results.
3. Maintaining IT security and compliance: Ensure that our IT infrastructure meets industry standards and regulations.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management is required, along with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization, storage, and cybersecurity best practices. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are also desired.
