Lead Sales Associate Role
A Full-Time Key Holder is a leader who drives business growth through exceptional customer service. This role involves ensuring a differentiated customer experience, leading a team of associates, and implementing operational tasks and procedures to achieve store results.

About the Job:
The ideal candidate should be assertive, analytical, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure seamless opening and closing routines, and maintain high standards of store presentation and sales floor supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Create an engaging shopping environment that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Implement asset protection measures to prevent loss and minimize risk.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
