About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Nurse who can administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, monitor vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the physician. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and within a team environment, providing patient-centered care and education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and wound care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
• A valid nursing license in Pakistan
• Fluent English language skills with excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently and within a team environment
• A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care
