Project Manager

The Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

  1. Able to work closely with stakeholders, including Business Development Teams and Heads of Departments, to prepare proposals.
  2. Presents contractual agreements to clients on behalf of the firm.
  3. Representative authority figure responsible for expediting work and developing relationships with clients.
  4. Maintains close contact with the Client, fostering strong client relationships throughout the project.
  5. Ensure effective communication and contract administration among sub-consultants and specialists.
  6. Efficiently manage sub-consultancy contracts.
  7. Responsible for maintaining proper project filing and document storage management procedures.
  8. Accountable for the quality of written work submitted to the client.
  9. Drafts and obtains approval for project budgets from senior management.
  10. Provides accurate percentage indications of work completed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in design and/or design management, with at least 3 years in project design management.
  • Familiarity with project management software is highly desirable.
