**Role Overview**

The Homeroom Teacher is a key member of our teaching team, responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning

• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests that align with established procedures

• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment

• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students, adjusting teaching strategies as needed

• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development

• Achieve yearly subject-wise goals with strong instructional strategies, helping each student achieve their individual learning goals

• Participate in extracurricular activities and build strong relationships with parents and students

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education degree

• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience as a homeroom teacher
