Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving and issuing stock.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and verify accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Highlight out-of-stock items to the Buyers' Team, facilitating timely restocking.
  • Assist with physical movements of items, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Organize and arrange stores to optimize space and workflow.
  • Receive supplier deliveries, both physically and systemically, verifying quantities and conditions.
  • Issue stock to the kitchen, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Conduct regular expiry checks to prevent spoilage and ensure product freshness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in warehouse or stock controlling environments.
  • Familiarity with supply chain procedures, including logistics and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective in collaborating with teams.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, making informed decisions to improve processes.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Must be located in Kuwait, able to commute to designated work areas.
