Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement across our diverse portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop targeted lead generation campaigns that resonate with our key customer segments.
Social Media Engagement:
  1. Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our online presence, foster meaningful connections with our target audience, and optimize our brand's visibility across multiple platforms.
  2. Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality, engaging content, including visual materials, videos, and captions.
Digital Ecosystem:
  1. Manage our digital ecosystem, encompassing websites, social media channels, and online directories.
  2. Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive website traffic, enhance engagement, and convert visitors into customers through search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
Brand Identity:
  1. Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create a comprehensive brand guide, encompassing brand story, tone, and target audience; visual identity, logo usage, typography, color schemes; digital and communication guidelines; and interior and exterior branding elements.
Team Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure consistency in campaign messaging and customer engagement strategies across all touchpoints.
  2. Collaborate with the culinary and R&D teams to promote innovative products, seasonal offerings, and signature dishes.
  3. Work with the Customer Experience Director to integrate service standards and guest feedback into marketing initiatives.
Public Relations and Lead Generation:
  1. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to craft high-performing lead generation campaigns aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
  2. Partner with the PR & Communications Manager to amplify marketing strategies through public relations efforts and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications.
Partnerships and Promotions:
  1. Nurture partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and media outlets to amplify marketing efforts.
  2. Design and execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and limited-time offers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Market Intelligence:
  1. Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Regional Operations:
  1. Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies across all locations in the region.
  2. Adapt global and regional campaigns to suit local market dynamics and customer behavior.
