We are seeking a talented Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role will be responsible for managing the department, coordinating and organizing work, and contributing to cooperation and experience transfer between equipment groups and workshops.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the department, including coordinating and organizing work, and contributing to cooperation and experience transfer between equipment groups and workshops.
  • Requisition necessary equipment and services according to established processes and standards.
  • Manage cleanliness and order in the workshop.
  • Participate in the duty scheme if necessary.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

**Deliverables:**

  • Delivering company products/services by agreed quality, cost, and delivery time.
  • Correct prioritizing to ensure equipment is delivered according to given deadlines, and necessary quality control is carried out according to internal and external requirements, regulations, and policies.

**Personnel Responsibility:**

  • Serve as a positive role model and lead by example for your team.
  • Demonstrate and uphold the company's core values and commitment to a zero-fault philosophy through both words and actions.
  • Reinforce desired behaviors and address unwanted behaviors promptly, applying appropriate consequence management.
  • Clearly delegate tasks, motivate, and communicate effectively with employees in their daily work.

**Strategy, Action Plan and Procedures:

Continuously improve and update procedures and routines for the department, as well as implement and follow up actions to secure high quality on our services and deliveries.

Joint responsibility for preparing and following up goals and action plans for the entire workshop.

**Client Relations (Internal and External):**

Contribute to provide excellent customer service.

**Social Responsibilities:**

Contribute to create a good working environment.

Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures.

Work with management to develop own expertise.

**Systems:**

Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effectiveness of the work.

Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company.

**Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Mechanical craft certificate, other technical/mechanical education or long relevant experience may compensate for lack of craft certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience in a management position preferable.
  • Good written and oral English skills.
