Sales Growth and Innovation Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Artificial Lift Sales Team. As a Lead Channel Sales Specialist, you will develop market strategies, deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.

In this role, you will collaborate with customers to contribute to long-term planning and sales initiatives. You will integrate yourself into the process of developing new markets and customers to meet business needs. Your goal will be delivering successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
  • Handling the Sales and Technical support of Zenith products, requiring good technical knowledge of downhole gauge and upper completions for after-sales support for On-demand solutions customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of the ODS team.
  • Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and negotiating individual deals local to your territory.
  • Managing diverse clients in the MENATI region.

Fulfilling Your Potential

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial lift Equipment (Downhole, instrumentation or completion tools).
  • Possess experience in Zenith products is preferred.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
  • Show ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Evidence effective problem-identification and solution skills.
  • Display proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Show ability to influence others.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
