Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
