Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the division's merchandise strategy through the creation of seasonal and yearly product sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver category sales, gross margin, and turnover performance in line with plan.
  • Develop and manage financial plans in collaboration with Senior Planners, Division Planning Managers, and Business General Managers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Identify and evaluate sales and gross margin opportunities at the department level.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree from any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning functions for large-scale retail operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all levels within the organization.
