About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visual Commercial professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial activities, replacing the department manager when needed, and ensuring the highest standards of product display and customer service are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They will also have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Solve customer complaints in a timely manner, suggest solutions or escalate as appropriate.
- Ensure activities are carried out efficiently, including processing orders and addressing workflow blockers.
- Organize commercial activities, aligning with departmental managers to ensure adequate manpower.
- Control and monitor sales budgets, driving sales, generating reports, proposing action plans, and executing merchandising tasks.
- Greet customers, ensuring they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
- Assist in handling product placement to ensure effective stock management and availability.
- Communicate sales plans and targets to the shop/department team, monitoring performance and suggesting corrective actions.
- Provide team members with support, such as training and development, to maximize sales.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Zero to two years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in shop/stock management tools.
