We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team at United Real Estate Company (URC). As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on all matters related to the company's business
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including tenants, investors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities
  • Prepare and review litigation briefs, contracts, and other legal documents

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
  • Professional legal certification or membership preferred
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role dealing with legal matters in a company of similar size
