Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including advice on employment policies, procedures, and practices.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent.

• Coordinate workflow and procedures between HR, payroll, compensation, and benefits teams.

• Develop and deliver induction programs for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Administer probationary and performance review processes, working closely with line managers to create improvement plans for employees.

• Collaborate with the Talent Development Team to plan and roll-out annual performance appraisals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Assist with HR transactions, including compensation changes, status change requests, and employee transfers and exits.

• Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to employees, including creating performance documentation.

• Conduct internal investigations in response to employee relations issues, providing recommendations that balance business needs with employee experience.

• Conduct exit interviews, analyzing turnover data and recommending retention strategies.
