Job DetailsWe are looking for a Shutdown Coordinator to oversee our EQUATE Turnaround Projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and scheduling major shutdown and turnaround activities within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
- Design detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6.
- Construct work breakdown structures and resource-loaded schedules.
- Work closely with various departments to gather inputs and validate turnaround timelines.
- Keep track of project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Compile reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
Main Tasks:
- Plan and schedule turnaround activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and report findings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in planning turnaround/shutdowns in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience with major GCC shutdowns (KOC, KNPC, EQUATE, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
