Position Overview

This Administrative Officer position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and following up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks, adhering to university rules and regulations.
  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues, sending statements as necessary.
  • Perform data entry of accounting transactions in the AU Financial System, assisting with account reconciliation and monthly closing.

Essential Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
