**About the Role**

American International University is seeking a visionary academic leader to serve as the Dean of its prestigious School of Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school, including faculty supervision, degree program management, course scheduling, curriculum development, assessment, website maintenance, and searches for new positions.

The Dean reports directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and is expected to participate in academic meetings and other university bodies.
