Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced treasury specialist to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing system-based standard processes and enabling the department to offer in-house banking services to the business. This will involve coordinating projects and initiatives with Corporate Treasury and Tax, promoting inter-company lending and repatriation of funds to optimize post-tax profit and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury and finance, including management and supervision of operational departments. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including direct reports, employees, managers, and executives across all functions and geographies.

This role will offer you the opportunity to develop and progress your career within our organization, working closely with our Regional Treasury Managers (RTMs) and Regional Finance Managers to negotiate facilities with banks and balance sheet structure. You will also be responsible for supporting the Group Treasurer on larger funding projects and delivering core treasury reporting and management through our IT/2 Treasury Management System.
