About the Role

Bravura Information Technology Systems, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Life Cycle Logistics Expert to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in life cycle logistics to support the Government in acquiring and sustaining complex systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide analytical support in life cycle logistics to identify and address system acquisition and sustainment challenges.
  2. Develop and maintain acquisition and logistics documents, including acquisition strategy plans, lifecycle sustainment plans, and performance work statements.
  3. Assist the Government in reviewing and updating Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including design interface, sustaining engineering, maintenance, manpower, supply support, training, and packaging.
  4. Support the Government in developing and reviewing training and training support, technical data, and facilities documentation.
  5. Identify and manage parts and supplies, including spares, repair parts, and consumables, to establish or maintain equipment and replenish stocks.
  6. Monitor inventory and make recommendations for item procurement and disposition.
  7. Perform spare and repair parts determinations and annotate disposed equipment and materials.
  8. Plan the disposal of equipment and materials to an approved disposition location.
  9. Assist the Government in conducting core depot assessments and developing requests for facility space, equipment, and organization requirements.
  10. Support the Government in validating and verifying program of instructions, TMs, and TM supplements.
  11. Review TMs to ensure accuracy, clarity, completeness, and correct media format and compliance with technical and Government standards.
  12. Monitor changes relevant to the product baseline and ensure updates are provided to the Government technical writer and incorporated into TMs.
  13. Develop and update supportability analysis, including level of repair analysis, core logistics analysis, and core depot assessment.
  14. Provide input for core depot assessments, business case analysis, and cost benefit analysis.
  15. Utilize program of instruction materials to provide input and processing of Training and Doctrine Command approved training packages.
  16. Assist the Government in reviewing third-party training programs of instruction for platforms, systems, subsystems, and/or critical items.
  17. Assist the Government in developing training certification levels and monitor personnel training progress.
  18. Coordinate test and training events with outside organizations.
  19. Review, analyze, prepare, or update fielding support studies, analyses, and program documentation.
  20. Conduct site surveys at selected installations, including preparation and update of the site design, drawings, and site survey report.
  21. Identify actual or potential problems and recommend viable alternative solutions.
  22. Review and analyze preliminary site survey reports and update the Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP) for each military installation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years working experience in the Life Cycle Logistics field and familiarity with Defense Acquisition.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field is required, and additional experience or education may be substituted.
