Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Driller to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a driller, with mandatory experience in operating and maintaining high-performance drilling equipment. They will also possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a strong commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate and oversee drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to ensure efficient and safe drilling operations.
  • Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a focus on safety throughout all drilling activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the drilling team to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
  • Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience of 3+ years as a Driller with mandatory experience in high-performance drilling equipment operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
  • Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
