About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager for Project Delivery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project quality support functions, including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits, and project quality reporting and review.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project quality management systems that meet corporate, location, and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that project service and product verification and inspection is conducted in accordance with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Team to identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience, including experience in Project Quality Management and closely related fields of HSE and integrity management.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of quality practitioners.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and international standards relevant to oil and gas industry.
