Job Summary:
- Bulk Plant Operator - Cementing
As a Bulk Plant Operator, you will be responsible for blending and mixing materials such as cement, chemicals, and acids as per programmed design specifications for operations. You will operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blend and mix materials according to designed specifications.
- Operate blending and mixing equipment following safety protocols.
- Ensure quality and consistency of blended materials through adherence to quality control measures.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of bulk plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant facility.
- Monitor inventory levels of bulk materials and chemicals.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Handle and store chemicals and materials safely.
- Adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety training programs and drills.
- Conduct risk assessments before tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of blending operations and equipment maintenance.
- Report incidents and accidents promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma in mechanical or electrical trade.
- 4-6 years relevant experience in bulk plant operations.
- Cementing school certification preferred.
- Kuwait Light/Heavy duty Driving License required.
- Must be able to understand, speak, and write in English.
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
