A Unique Opportunity
We're seeking a Director of Wellness and Leisure to lead our award-winning Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Spa. This individual will share our vision for creating unforgettable experiences and be committed to treating people well, just as we would like to be treated ourselves.

Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to all employees within the Spa Department, making key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa and hotel spa members regarding treatments and fitness programs. This includes creating, developing, and implementing Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, demonstrating effective retail management, and supervising personnel such as managers, supervisors, receptionists, therapists, attendants, fitness instructors, and wellness practitioners.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, applicants must have 5+ years of relevant luxury Spa leadership experience in a similar position. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate effective leadership, and have a creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment. Understanding of market trends and ability to put together sound business plans are also essential.
