Job Title: Retail Operations Director - Fashion Brand

About Us:

Quantum Search is an award-winning multi-branded fashion retailer with over 500 stores throughout the Gulf region.

We are now seeking to appoint a Retail Operations Director to lead our Kuwait operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple stores throughout Kuwait, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers, fostering a culture of leadership and excellence.
  • Set annual budgets and targets for each store, monitoring performance and providing guidance on improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and marketing campaigns, aligned with seasonality and brand strategies.
  • Oversee merchandising, store standards, customer service, and store design layout, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Regularly report to the Brand Manager on store performance, issues, and solutions, driving informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular store visits and coaching sessions, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Area Management or Retail Operations Management, preferably in fashion, cosmetics, footwear, or department stores with well-recognized brands.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple store locations, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of Middle East retailing, with fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent work ethic, leadership qualities, and team player attributes, with strong people management, fiscal, and budget preparation skills.
  • Able to work in a multicultural team, appreciating diverse cultures and values.
