About the Role

The Hotel Ambassador is an integral part of the Hilton team, responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Hospitality Liaison, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with Company brand standards at all times
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including welcoming them on arrival and assisting with departures
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, VIPs, and special events
  • Be aware of external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
