Crane Specialist

Job Description
HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing lift, move, position, and support services using mobile cranes and other equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience operating mobile cranes with a certificate. They will also possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of materials and personnel on site. They will also perform daily preventative maintenance inspections on assigned vehicles and maintain accurate vehicle logs. Additionally, they will follow standard operating procedures when transporting equipment and inspect the condition of the work site prior to setting up the crane.

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing effective plans for the layout, security, and safekeeping of materials and equipment during loading, delivery, and unloading
* Performing daily preventative maintenance inspections on assigned vehicles and ensuring they meet all safety requirements
* Maintaining accurate vehicle logs in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
* Following standard operating procedures when transporting equipment
* Inspecting the condition of the work site prior to setting up the crane
* Manipulating the machine to hoist, position, and/or transport materials such as machinery, equipment, and construction products
* Being aware of load limits based on weather conditions and crane capacity
* Reporting any defects, malfunctions, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the supervisor or manager immediately
