IT Director

Tiqmo is seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead its technology department and drive business transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment and seamless integration.
• Team Management and Development: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
• Technology Operations and Infrastructure Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on leadership, management, and technology.
• Proven experience as an IT Director, Senior IT Leader, or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization, demonstrating exceptional leadership and technical skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing technology projects, teams, and infrastructure, driving business outcomes and technological innovation.
