Banquet Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Leader - Kuwait to join our team at Pink Camel Recruitment. As a key member of our event services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery during banquets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a team leader, supervisor, or captain role in event operations, banquet services, or hospitality. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Execution: Oversee and manage the smooth execution of events, ensuring the highest standards of service during the banquet.
• Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of service staff, ensuring they follow event procedures and deliver exceptional service.
• Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the event, maintaining high standards at all times.
