Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Swimming Head Coach to lead our team of instructors and take charge of our swimming programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging swimming lessons for children and adults, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Supervising a team of coaches to deliver high-quality swimming instruction
  • Collaborating with our Admin Team to plan and execute events at the academy
  • Developing customized swimming programs tailored to meet different clients' competency levels
  • Conducting assessments to determine clients' swimming abilities and fitness levels
  • Creating routine plans for clients to follow over a 30-day period
  • Modifying or repeating programs as needed based on client progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A certification in swimming coaching
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in swimming instruction
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Head Coach
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a team of coaches
  • Contactable references
  • First Aid training and any additional relevant certifications
