Teaching Artist

Our Private School in Kuwait is seeking an experienced music teacher to lead our music program. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging music lessons that foster a love for music in our students.

Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Curriculum:
• Develop and implement music lessons that align with the National Core Arts Standards (United States).
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in lesson delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the music curriculum.

Student Progress and Assessment:

• Evaluate students' musical progress using various assessment tools and techniques.
• Communicate student progress to parents and guardians.

Classroom Environment and Management:

• Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning space.

Event Planning and Collaboration:

• Coordinate music performances, concerts, and other school events.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure successful event execution.
