Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Al Fares Gardens for Flowers and Plants. As a key member of our maintenance and upkeep crew, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of employees in maintaining, cultivating, and upkeeping softscape and hardscape areas.
2. Manage schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
3. Monitor the quality of work and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a landscape supervisor in GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to meet performance standards and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in horticulture, agriculture, or a similar field is preferred.
