Job Purpose

The Sales Excellence Leader will be responsible for promoting the corporate image, enhancing store turnover, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, upholding company standards to reinforce brand image.
  • Managing overall store operations to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and alignment with brand style and quality standards.
  • Supporting store managers through extensive product knowledge and experience during new staff training.
  • Reorganizing displayed products, ensuring proper departmental presentation, and managing inventory to optimize sales.
  • Welcome and acknowledge regular customers, understand their needs, and enhance the product range by demonstrating, recommending, and contextualizing available products.
  • Check customer requirements during product trials and promptly respond to any further requests.
  • Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information and accurately entering it into the database.
  • Remain informed on the entire product range in the store, possessing in-depth knowledge of all products within the assigned range.
  • Understand the value of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively close sales in a positive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A High school degree, with zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
