  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and manage heavy truck and equipment operators to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and analyze fleet performance, driver attendance, and GPS tracking to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  3. Client Communication: Coordinate with clients and provide updates to the Operations Manager to ensure seamless communication.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of transportation operations and safety standards.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and truck operations is required, preferably on KOC projects.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, basic Arabic, and MS Office are essential.
  • Education: A high school diploma or higher is mandatory, along with a valid Kuwait Driving License.
