As a seasoned Engineering Manager, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead plant maintenance operations and optimize asset performance across production facilities.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems, driving efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Manage site repair budgets, engineering KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE), and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive asset care and engineering team performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Elevate compliance with HSE, quality, and audit standards, ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Cultivate partnerships with procurement and external suppliers to secure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of engineering supervisors and shift engineers, providing guidance and support to drive success.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.
- Expertise in electromechanical systems, food manufacturing equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency in asset care, OEE, and autonomous maintenance methodologies.
- Proven leadership, team management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with HSE systems and regulatory compliance in plant settings.
