About the Positions:

We invite applications for two academic positions: a full-time faculty member in Ethics and an adjunct faculty member in Psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instruction in Ethics or Psychology, developing and updating course materials to meet learning outcomes.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment, providing timely feedback and academic support to students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
Requirements:Full-Time Ethics Faculty:
  • Must hold a Master's or higher degree in Business, Ethics, or a related field, with specialization or significant experience in Business Ethics or Applied Ethics.
  • Minimum of two years of university-level teaching experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior business or industry experience is highly valued, as well as familiarity with integrating ethics into multidisciplinary programs.
Adjunct Psychology Faculty:
  • Must hold a Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a closely related field, with at least one year of teaching experience at the college level preferred.
  • Experience with online or hybrid instruction is an advantage, along with the ability to engage students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
