Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Coach to join our team. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety rules to students of various ages and skill levels. You will provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to all swimmers, observing progress and providing feedback on performance.

You will also develop and maintain positive relationships with swimmers, assist with team administration tasks, such as scheduling practices, managing equipment, and communicating with parents or guardians. Additionally, you will monitor all swimmers closely to ensure safety and prevent accidents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a formal coaching qualification or swimming certification. Previous experience as a swimming coach/instructor is essential, as well as proficiency in coaching and teaching various ages and abilities. A passion for developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential is also required. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with intermediate English language skills; verbal and written. Arabic would also be welcomed.
