Job Title: Sondology Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Sondology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, calibration, and maintenance of sonde tools and downhole sensors used in wireline operations.

• Assemble and test sonde tools used in wireline and logging operations.
• Calibrate and maintain downhole sensors and associated electronics.
• Prepare tools for deployment and monitor performance during field operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty sondes in both field and workshop environments.
• Validate sensor output and telemetry signals to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage, calibration, and service history.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, including radiation safety.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for job planning and tool readiness.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure availability of essential spare components.
• Provide technical support on tool configuration based on job specifications.

• Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with downhole sensors, wireline logging tools, and telemetry systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of safety protocols, including radiation safety.
• Proficient in maintaining service records and documentation.
• Effective team player with good communication and coordination skills.
