Implementation Testing Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and testing of our software solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in both implementation and testing methodologies to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project planning and provide input on testing requirements, risks, and timelines.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the software product and its functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document test cases.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software products meet user requirements.
  • Execute test cases, track and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for customer software based on project scope and customer profile.
  • Manage the testing phase with customer SIT and UAT team members, attend queries, report and track issues, and align with project managers and business analysts.
  • Ensure proper tracking and reporting on daily/weekly status during the testing phase.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in web functional testing covering requirement gathering, analysis, functional studies, estimations, test design, test planning, quality reviews, manual testing, automation testing, API testing, defect management, and reporting.
  • Experience in security testing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle (STLC) and test process phases.
  • Knowledge and concepts in faults, test cases, and scenarios priority.
  • Excellent banking experience with field practice on payments from customer experience, operations, and end-to-end payment execution lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of all types of payments, including SWIFT, MI Payments, Cross-Border Corridors, and Remittance Management.
  • Understanding of SWIFT, SWIFT GPI, SWIFT-Go, SWIFT Pre-validation, SWIFT CBPR+, SWIFT APIs, and future roadmap of SWIFT.
  • Have multiple payments-related projects implementation with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers in the MENA region.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Attention to details.

  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Background in software development is preferred.
