1. Comply with testing procedures and adhere to company policies using sound judgment.
2. Verify candidate identification and explain the exam process.
3. Proctor candidates during testing sessions.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
5. Stay updated on advancing technology in standardized test administration.
6. Schedule English classes and book PTE, IELTS, GMAT tests.
7. Maintain the testing area and report any repair or maintenance needs to the line manager.
8. Complete confidentiality and training as required periodically.
9. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
