The Senior Architect plays a pivotal role in the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide a team of architects and designers in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design Leadership: The Senior Architect will lead the design process for architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  2. Concept Development: Develop and present architectural concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
  4. Site Visits: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
  5. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  6. Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for project submissions.
  7. Project Management: Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into design solutions.
  9. Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and project updates.
  10. Sustainability: Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and standards in all architectural designs.
