We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.

Main Responsibilities
  • Compensation Design:
    • Develop and implement compensation structures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Management:
    • Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and employee communications.
Qualifications
  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR or any analytical discipline.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and performance management processes.
  3. Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across hierarchical levels.
