About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead QA/QC Engineer for Sustainable Projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of quality practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Project Quality Management Systems that meet corporate, location, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage project service and product verification and inspection consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Establish an effective risk-based audit program and facilitate independent review/certification of Project Quality Management Systems.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience in Project Quality Management and closely related fields.
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
