Job Description

This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing materials and products, as well as overseeing production procedures.

Main Duties:
  • Inspecting materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure consistency.
  • Maintaining accurate records of testing, defects, inspections, and other quality metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a quality controller in the catering or hotel industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, or related field.
  • HACCP Level 03 certification or higher.
  • Experience with quality testing equipment and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong English communication skills.
