Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing complex long-term LNG Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), developing and negotiating agreements with international suppliers and customers, providing legal guidance for spot cargo operations and LNG trading activities, designing legal frameworks for utilizing LNG facilities, advising on legal aspects of crude oil and petroleum products exports, overseeing legal proceedings and managing litigation and dispute resolution related to LNG activities, and collaborating with commercial and operational teams to overcome legal challenges and achieve strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring strong educational background, extensive experience in energy law, LNG expertise, in-house experience, regulatory knowledge, global perspective, and relocation commitment.
