We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Advocate to join our team in Kuwait. As a Sustainability Advocate, you will be responsible for mentoring less experienced members of staff, developing training programs, and promoting sustainable practices throughout the organization.

• Mentorship: Mentor less experienced members of staff, including providing guidance on environmental best practices and sustainable development.
• Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs on sustainability, conservation, and ecology-related topics.
• Sustainable Practices: Promote sustainable practices throughout the organization, including reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing environmental impact.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders on sustainability-related topics.

• Degree in Ecology or Equivalent: Hold a degree in Ecology or an equivalent diploma from an accredited institution.
• PMC Experience: Have work experience within Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects, particularly in industries related to energy, chemicals, and resources.
• Engineering Tools and Data Systems: Possess experience working with advanced engineering tools, data systems, and other general office/engineering software.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people of all nationalities and cultures.
