Program Coordinator

This position supports the Sr. Director in managing and coordinating operations for various services within the Community Services Directorate, ensuring effective delivery and high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide support to the Sr. Director in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely submission of all CDRL reporting requirements in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Function Execution: Assist the Sr. Director in executing all CSD functions, including problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of CSD functions across AOR.
  • Customer Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for the Customer, supporting mission accomplishment and problem resolution on behalf of the Sr. Director.
  • Resource Management: Supervise and direct all support resources for project assignments and activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and ensure compliance with quality assurance directives.
  • Program Scheduling: Develop and implement program schedules.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with the COR/PCOR on contract requirements and concerns as needed.
  • Personnel Development: Lead, consult, and mentor assigned personnel to enhance their growth and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Directorate.
  • CSD Operations Oversight: Oversee the CSD Operations Staff and provide guidance to CSD Ops and Department Admin staff to ensure quality and consistency of reports.
  • Tasks and Processes: Clarify tasks, projects, new company procedures, and processes as required.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve potential problems promptly.
  • Confidentiality: Protect confidential information regarding GO/DV schedules and PII.
  • Process Improvement: Pursue efficient processes that benefit the customer and program.
