Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can work independently, as part of a team, and take ownership of their tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to manage their time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of engineering principles, mechanical systems, and electrical controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the shift handover with prior shift engineers to ensure seamless operation.
  • Take physical attendance of workmen and conduct toolbox meetings at the start of each shift.
  • Allocate job assignments to peers and issue related work order details and documents.
  • Prepare and conduct routine inspections of machines, equipment, and utilities.
  • Execute preventative maintenance as per approved schedules and assist production engineers in autonomous maintenance.
  • Monitor data entry and notification documentation on SAP and record machine breakdown data in work station log books.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Conversant with engineering drawings, technical skills relevant to hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic trouble shooting.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC, CNC, drives, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Working experience with SAP environment and ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Good command of English language and Hindi language.
