Alyasra Food Co is a leading convenience retailer with a presence in nearly every country worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Retail Portfolio Manager to join our team and lead the retail portfolio across various formats.

As a Retail Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching direct reports and front-line sales consultants to achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will drive sales, customer service, and manage a standalone P+L, including all revenues from retail stores, partner & white label stores, direct retail costs, direct support costs, and allocated shared costs.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 10 years retail operations experience
  2. Track record in managing a team and multi-site (at least 10 stores)
  3. UAE work experience a must
  4. The ability to build and manage relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders
  5. Proactive sharing of best practice to peers and teams for continuous improvement of performance in their area of expertise
  6. A strong record of performance delivery in their area of expertise, through increased sales, cost management, performance against KPIs and good P&L management
  7. The ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions, balancing risk with results
  8. Drive customer focus in everything we do to gain and retain high-quality customers for the long-term success
