Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team at our Algiers office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional advice and guidance to international students, supporting them throughout the admission process.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing the selection of universities and courses for international students
• Supporting students with the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrolment
• Communicating with universities and the backend application team for the admission process
• Maintaining records of existing and prospective clients in the CRM system
• Providing high-quality customer service to students and stakeholders
• Participating in university events and activities
• Coordinating with the team to make student appointments for university visits
• Monitoring and reporting to senior managers on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
