We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics and Chemistry teacher to join our team at an international school in Kuwait. As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of Secondary grade levels. You will teach Physics and Chemistry using a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.

You will also utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance student learning and adapt your teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles.

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
  • Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations
  • Use technology and multimedia resources to support teaching and learning
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science (Physics and Chemistry) from a recognized institution
  • A teaching license from a country such as the UK, US, CA, AU, or NZ due to visa restrictions
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to achieve an IELTS level of 6.5
  • Proven experience in teaching Physics and Chemistry to Secondary grade levels, preferably with both subjects
